Conceived and built innovative digital entertainment startup with patent-pending Personal File TransferTM. Innovative marketing included viral marketing, high quality video and music direct to the desktop, multimedia themes, media assurance, and DallasPop promotional organization. Recruited team of volunteers to support corporate efforts. Speaking appearances at and coverage in local TV, newspapers, and seminars.


Eauto
Dallas
Built partnerships and Internet marketing for auto parts b2b venture. Created partner and acquisition/loyalty/retention programs including industry association and web deals, affiliate, referral, and personalization programs, and virtual ISP, PC, and credit card products.
Xybridge Technologies Richardson, TX

Launched Internet telephony software developer for the VoIP marketplace and positioned company for acquisition by Zhone Technologies. Directed corporate and product marketing and communications.

Verizon Wireless
Dallas
Developed wireless Internet portal in conjunction with MIS, Engineering, and Operations team. Led overall Internet business and web site, including strategy, marketing, online store, online billing, and content.

ThinkLink
San Francisco
First marketing executive for telecom/unified messaging startup. Worked with Engineering to develop product requirements and user interface. Developed initial marketing programs.
Invention Machine
Boston
Led launch team that released successful AI-based "Software That Invents". Developed innovative programs, including segmented PR and marketing, freeware/trialware, and branded destination Web site with premium services.
SBC SNET
New Haven, CT

SNET Internet
Part of team that successfully launched and grew dialup service within a year to become Connecticut's largest ISP with over 100,000 subscribers. Directed strategic relationships, content, industry and Internet marketing, and Web site. Created full spectrum national/local content and branding plan, including co-branding, syndication, acquisition, promotion, and community publishing.

SNET Multimedia
Developed and implemented interactive TV plan. Conducted strategic planning, focus groups, and market research for ITV and online services. Initiated multi-platform (cable, PC, ITV) content branding strategy, developer programs, and business partner alliance.

Lexitech
Branford
(1) Developed a brand and product extension program for their NetKey Branford, product which was awarded a patent as a self-service Internet browser.
(2) Started and operated a $3M business unit to deliver multimedia services at large events and trade shows for web and kiosk developer. 1993 INVISION Multimedia Award for Hurricane Andrew project. Key installations at the Super Bowl, Republican National Convention, United Nations Trade Summit, and World Economic Development Congress.
